A leading machinery company in Mexico is seeking a Sales Manager responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration. You will be expected to achieve sales targets, develop new accounts, and provide customer support, requiring a valid driver's license and intermediate English skills. This role includes up to 50% travel and typically operates on a remote basis.

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Manager serve as direct line toward the costumer.

Sales Manager has direct responsibility for consulting costumer to grow and improve revenue, market share, sales volume, marketing presence in accordance with our core values and ethic and compliance policies.

The Sales Manager report directly to the Sales Manager Senior.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully maintaining and developing commercial sales.
  • Develop, build, and maintain new accounts with potential customers or looking for new ones.
  • Make visits and keep the costumer informed regarding prices and characteristics of the products, maintaining optimal and long-term relationship.
  • Manage the day-to-day contact and resolve customer issues by addressing potential problems and suggesting solutions to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Understands and manages the full JLG portfolio and review accounts receivables to achieve payments.
  • Make quotes for equipment as required by the customer
  • Search and promote new business opportunities (new markets and products).
  • Provide training to customers on the equipment they have purchased and update as necessary.
  • Organize customer tours and visits to manufacturing facilities, to show customers an overview of the company's scope and equipment portfolio.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more year of relevant experience.
  • English level - Intermediate or conversational level.
  • 50% travel required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Position typically works on remote.
