Overview

Grail is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team to secure new brand clients for our affiliates offering in Mexico!

About us: Grail is one of the largest TikTok Shop Partner agencies across the US and UK, and as TikTok Shop rolls out across Mexico we are looking to expand the team. We work directly with brands and support them to scale up their TikTok Shop operations, including their affiliates, paid media, and UGC content utilizing our network of top 1% affiliates to help sell their products. The e-commerce industry is evolving, and Grail is at the vanguard of these changes in the Social Commerce space, there's no doubt that this role could be for someone who is interested in TikTok, as that's where you'd be spending most of your time.

In a nutshell - You'll be sourcing and closing brand clients that are looking to scale up or launch their TikTok Shop. This means you'll be:

Responsibilities
  • Identifying potential brand leads using a variety of data sources
  • Outreaching to high-potential TikTok Shop brands
  • Developing localized case study and pitch decks
  • Being proactive with existing brand clients and cross selling them on new market expansion
  • Working across several countries to grow our TSP brand roster
  • Communicating with clients; consulting, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and giving them 2nd opinions if needed
  • Working directly with the TikTok team to reach business goals and close referrals
  • Managing brand relationships, both onboarding and managing existing relationships
  • Liaising with the account management team to ensure our customers are delighted

You'll also be:

  • Working as part of the wider e-commerce and social-commerce team
  • Helping Grail define the TikTok Shop strategy across Mexico
  • Deeply embedded in the TikTok ecosystem and exploring opportunities to offer new services to our clients
Qualifications
  • Is a fluent English and Spanish speaker comfortable with communicating directly with brands and TikTok team members in English and Spanish
  • Someone who exudes confidence when communicating with clients on a daily basis
  • Organised and proactive when outreaching, identifying key brands, and when keeping up with admin
  • A passionate learner with a 'hacking' mindset when it comes to trying brand-new ideas and challenges
  • Open to remote applicants
