Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Join our team and work with us on our expansion project in Mexico, prospecting new sales opportunities, developing pipelines & closing opportunities.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Prospect for new sales opportunities, develop a pipeline, & close opportunities or may not execute renewal contracts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them to an appropriate resource.
  • Hit or exceed your monthly and annual targets and maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your YTD goals.
  • Hit or exceed your daily contact targets and activity metrics.
  • Actively engage in the coaching process, partnering with managers and team members to share ideas and learn from each other.
  • Accurately log all activities and customer contacts in Salesforce in a timely manner.
  • Compensation: Base salary, and a monthly variable compensation that is directly related to your success. Benefits above the Mexican law.
  • Hybrid scheme, working twice a week at the office.
  • Location: Mexico City, Reforma 26.
About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma.
  • Experience preferred, but you can apply without it, as long as you are interested in developing your background in prospecting, sales, lead generation B2B.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and influence over the phone, email and video
  • Strong interpersonal skills (personable and professional)
  • Motivated self-driven solution oriented individual
  • Ability to handle and overcome objections with confidence
  • Agile learners – Ability to learn new skills and build business acumen
  • Commitment to a schedule that coincides with the customer’s workday
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate software programs, including CRM systems and tools (Microsoft Suite)
  • Maintain stable performance under pressure (such as time pressure or job ambiguity)
  • Display determination, persistence, and patience and be resilient in the face of adversity.
  • Open to feedback. Take comments as personal and professional growth
