A dynamic business consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join their remote team. This role involves engaging with inbound leads, qualifying them, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives. Ideal candidates will have 1-2+ years of experience in sales development and a proven ability to achieve sales targets. Advanced English and Spanish proficiency are required to effectively communicate with clients across LATAM.
Location: Remote - Anywhere in LATAM
Job Type: Full-Time - Independent Contractor
On Target Compensation: $2,250 (this includes base pay, incentives, and commissions tied to performance and goal achievement)
