Formación

  • Experience as a Sales Coach or Sales Trainer in an inside sales environment.
  • Call center sales experience in a high-volume setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools.

  • Coach and mentor sales agents through live and recorded call reviews.
  • Reinforce consultative selling best practices and value-based pitching.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify skill gaps and improvement areas.
  • Deliver targeted coaching to increase conversion and revenue.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of agents.
  • Monitor performance to support quota attainment.

Are you passionate about developing others? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coach to help us enhance their strengths and improve their sales skills. You must be able to discover people’s strengths and weaknesses and tell them what works best for them. Having communication skills partnered with critical thinking are prerequisites for this job.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor sales agents through live and recorded call reviews
  • Reinforce consultative selling best practices and value-based pitching
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify skill gaps and improvement areas
  • Deliver targeted 1:1 and group coaching to increase conversion and revenue
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of new and existing agents
  • Monitor individual and team performance to support quota attainment
  • Partner with leadership to drive consistent quota attainment
