Responsibilities
  • Prospect & find hot leads by cold calls, emails, and networking, targeting the United States market and pitching in English.
  • Educate prospects before pitching, focusing on empowerment rather than hard selling.
  • Collaborate with marketing for sales strategies.
  • Research market trends and competitors using Apollo.io for lead hunting.
  • Communicate the value of our IT solutions and software development, leveraging Instantly.ai for email marketing.
  • Negotiate, seal deals, and ensure every client feels like a VIP.
  • Maintain the CRM with daily wins.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry shifts and competitor tactics to refine strategies.
