Description

We are looking for a fast, consistent, and detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistant to handle lead generation and qualification for our construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, ideally commercial painting, who enjoys repetitive work, works well independently, and can move quickly without losing accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process a high volume of construction projects daily.
  • Tag and classify leads based on defined qualification rules.
  • Work daily in BuildingConnected and other lead platforms such as PlanHub, ConstructConnect, and GC plan rooms.
  • Monitor lead-related emails and route information appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate tracking in Google Sheets or internal systems.
  • Follow established processes consistently.
  • Flag issues or edge cases when rules do not clearly apply.
  • Participate in weekly review meetings with estimators.
  • Take ownership of assigned workload and meet daily volume expectations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of remote work experience in lead generation, construction support, or similar roles.
  • Comfortable working with repetitive tasks at high volume.

Compensation

This role begins with a three-month trial period at a fixed monthly rate. After the trial, compensation will be reviewed and adjusted within the published range based on performance and consistency. The monthly range is 20,000 to 26,000 MXN.

2. Role Background

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of scientific knowledge, strong communication skills, and sales expertise. The SDR will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting outreach, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle—from initial contact to deal closure.
