Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead to design and implement scalable technical solutions that align with business goals. This role requires translating complex business requirements into structured, efficient architectures, while collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical teams. The Solutions Architect will leverage their expertise in custom development, platform extensibility, and integrations to drive impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of custom Smartsheet-based solutions tailored to meet client business objectives.
• Define technical requirements and solution architecture through discovery sessions and design workshops.
• Develop and deploy custom integrations, APIs, and automation using languages like NodeJS, Python, or .NET.
• Act as the technical lead on client engagements, ensuring solution quality, scalability, and feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and act as the Smartsheet platform subject matter expert.
• Engage in direct communication with enterprise clients, providing consultative guidance on technical solutions.
• Contribute to the overall architecture design by understanding integration patterns, data flows, and performance-driven design.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or enterprise integration roles.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and custom development in languages like NodeJS, Python, or .NET.
• Proven background in systems architecture and designing scalable, extensible solutions across multiple business systems.
• Demonstrated success working directly with enterprise clients in a customer-facing, consultative role.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data flows, and performance-focused architecture design.
