Position Summary: Reporting to our Manufacturing Engineering & ROX Manager, you will ensure Rockwell Operational Excellence (ROX) initiative through analysis and strategic planning. Develop the culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Reach productivity goals through projects development and management focused on actual priorities.
2. Provide strategy for the site and promote creation and tracking Indicators.
3. Lead on Continuous Improvement, Connected Enterprise and FTPC.
4. Manage the Ideas System and deploy communication for spreading the culture.
5. Support Leader and individuals of HPTs. Work on the projects for monthly deliverables.
6. Define and set clear goals for tracking progress con CI.
7. Coordinate and communicate the recognition system and keep nurturing to grow and development.
8. Cultural and for promoting Kaizens, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and strategies oriented to Operational Excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Requires at least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement area.
2. Lean knowledge (Green Belt Certified).
3. Industrial Engineering degree or a related engineering discipline.
