Overview

We’re seeking an early-career Revenue Operations Data Quality Specialist who is passionate aboutmaintainingpristine data hygiene across platforms like Salesforce and Domo. This individual will play a vital role in monitoring, cleaning, and improving data integrity to ensure reliable reporting and business insights.

What you'll add value:
  • Routinely monitor and audit data in Salesforce, Domo, and other BI/reporting systems to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
  • Cleanse and correct data issues through validation, de-duplication, and format standardization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, communicating with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and IT to resolve data hygiene issues and improve processes.
  • Assist in defining and documenting data quality standards, validation rules, and hygiene workflows.
  • Prepare and review data for reporting—ensuring accuracy and consistency before dashboards or insights go live.
  • Contribute to automation efforts by identifying manual cleanup opportunities and helping implement scalable solutions.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • 3+ years of experience working in a data-oriented role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative, technical, or business-related field (e.g., Business, Analytics, IT).
  • Strong attention to detail, a methodical mindset, and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including a basic understanding of core concepts, how to filter and navigate records, and how to build and modify basic reports.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including filtering, lookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas).
  • Basic proficiency in SQL or similar tools—capable of writing simple queries for data profiling and issue detection.
  • Positive attitude toward automation and process improvement; able to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in articulating data issues and coordinating resolutions.
  • Fluent, near-native, or native English proficiency—both written and spoken—is required for success in this role.
