Formación

Finance Senior Manager - Revenue Growth Management

The Coca-Cola Company has grown for 136+ years and continues to evolve in a dynamic global market. As a Finance Senior Manager for Revenue Growth Management (RGM), you will be the Finance business partner of the RGM and Mexico hub teams, co-leading big bets projects, price increase discussions, RGM committees, capabilities development and other revenue growth management related topics.

What You’ll Do for Us
  • Co-lead the expansion of Revenue Growth Management as a core pillar for the future development of the LATAM Operating Unit through an appropriate balance of locally developed and global best practice commercial capabilities, tools and processes.
  • Work together with hubs, franchise finance and RGM teams to define the price increases for the following year during ABP and LRP processes and support discussions/alignment with bottlers.
  • Lead financial aspects of LATAM Big bet projects like: returnables, single serve, multipacks, duals, among others.
  • Design, develop and implementation of RGM strategy including Rules of Engagement Parameters, Segmented Pricing, Execution Strategy and OBPPC architectures.
Qualification & Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in RGM and/or commercial finance.
  • Proven record of delivering results and leadership in complex matrix organizations.
  • Able to work with multiple functions including Customer & Commercial Leadership (CCL), Franchise and Finance in both the Company and Bottler.
  • Knowledge of The Coca-Cola System Value Chain (desired).
  • Strong Ability To Analyze, Synthesize And To Relate Trends, Behaviors And A Wide Range Of Data And Variables.
  • Growth mindset and curiosity to bring solutions to different and complex problems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese would be a plus)
