This full-time remote role offers a competitive salary between $2,000–$3,500 USD/month, 2 weeks PTO, and collaboration with a small, skilled team. Candidates should have 3–5 years of product design experience and familiarity with Figma and accessibility principles.

• Document design decisions to keep work searchable and reusable.
• Collaborate with engineering from handoff through QA and release.
