This hands-on role involves supporting manufacturing partners, driving quality improvements, and ensuring effective processes are established. Ideal candidates will possess at least 7 years of experience in supplier quality engineering and must be results-oriented. The position includes travel and remote work elements, encouraging collaboration across international teams to meet customer needs and improve quality management systems.

Formación

• 7 years of experience working with suppliers in CNC machined and Injection Molded parts.
• 2 years of experience in other areas of Quality management.
• Results-oriented and self-directed SQE.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new manufacturing partners effectively.
• Develop existing manufacturing partners through quality assessment.
• Establish control plans to meet customer requirements.
• Coach partners in root cause analysis for nonconformance solutions.
• Collaborate to strengthen the manufacturing partner network.
