A leading civil engineering firm is seeking a Remote Staff Accountant to handle bank reconciliations, record payroll, and assist with monthly closeouts. The ideal candidate has a BS degree in accounting, 3+ years of accounting experience, and strong communication skills. Work from home with a salary of $1,000 USD per month. Candidates should have a reliable internet connection and be familiar with Quickbooks or Sage Intacct.

Formación

• 3+ years of general accounting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks (desktop version) and/or Sage Intacct.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Assist the CFO and Senior Accountant with monthly and quarterly closeouts.
• Record payroll transactions into Quickbooks.
