The role focuses on client discovery, designing SPIFF logic, and ensuring successful implementation. Formación

• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
• Proven hands-on experience with SPIFF, including configuration, deployment, and client support.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a consultant on SPIFF projects, guiding clients through the entire implementation process.
• Conduct discovery sessions to assess business needs and align solutions.
• Provide client support during User Acceptance Testing (UATs).
