Full-Time, Hourly. MCI is a tech-enabled business services company with a global footprint, delivering CX, BPO, and XaaS solutions across industries. Our contact centers combine on-site and remote agents using advanced technologies to enhance customer journeys, drive scalability, and reduce costs. We seek motivated Remote Sales Representatives to support outbound sales initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role involves engaging with existing and potential customers, promoting products and services, and driving revenue through consultative selling and relationship building. Bilingual ability is advantageous and will be viewed favorably. Candidates must have prior call center experience and reside within 80km of our office.

You’ll be part of high-impact sales campaigns with globally recognized brands and should be a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions.
