Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in a sales enablement role.
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or sales training preferred.
• HR, talent acquisition or recruitment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and deliver ongoing training on product updates and selling techniques.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement roles to identify training gaps and create materials.
• Design and deploy onboarding programs for revenue functions.
• Establish metrics to measure training effectiveness.
• Coordinate AI functionality to support sales processes.
• Work with sales leadership on competitive intelligence.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Standardize sales processes and implement tools to improve efficiency.
