A logistics solutions company is seeking an experienced Recruiter/Sourcer to manage full-cycle sourcing and relationship management in logistics and SaaS. This remote role requires the ability to conduct interviews, cold-call candidates and maintain candidate records. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, proactive, and fluent in English. The position offers a competitive monthly compensation along with potential bonuses for hitting targets. Full-time availability is necessary, with some weekend work expected.

Formación

• Proven experience in recruiting/sourcing.
• Fluent English & strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with video for Zoom interviews.
• Must have a strong professional LinkedIn profile.
• Able to cold-call candidates confidently.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable.
• Full-time availability (occasional weekends).
