A US based Real Estate / Private Equity firm seeks a Financial Analyst to underwrite acquisitions and perform financial reporting. This full-time remote role requires over 5 years of experience in finance, a degree in the finance field, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proficiency in project management tools. Compensation is based on experience, with payment in USD, structured as an independent contractor agreement.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in the Finance field.
• Experience in financial reporting (profit and loss, balance sheet, forecasts, etc.).
• Experience in the real estate or private equity industry.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite new acquisitions.
• Conduct research on necessary variables.
• Run forward-looking projections and past reporting.
