The successful candidate will communicate effectively with residents and vendors while addressing maintenance concerns promptly. Previous experience in property maintenance and proficiency in maintenance software are highly desirable. Spanish proficiency is preferred for effective communication.

Formación

• Previous experience in property maintenance coordination or similar roles preferred.
• Solid understanding of vendor management.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents needing maintenance services.
• Coordinate timely resolution of maintenance concerns.
• Manage relationships with vendors for repairs and services.
