Work requires accuracy, discretion, analytical thinking, and strong written communication — similar to a paralegal or legal operations environment. We seek a highly analytical, detail-oriented, paralegal-style operations professional with exceptional English skills to support content removal and reputation management workflows. The role involves reviewing case information, organizing materials, identifying inconsistencies, communicating with clients, and assisting with documentation for removals and suppression requests. The candidate will work directly with the CEO and handle sensitive information requiring strong judgment, confidentiality, and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Review documents, screenshots, links, and client submissions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize case materials and maintain detailed internal records.
  • Identify contradictions, missing information, and inconsistencies within client-provided data.
  • Draft clear, professional written communication for clients requesting updates or clarification.
  • Monitor ongoing cases and ensure timely follow-up and status updates.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist the CEO with documentation review, operational decisions, and prioritization.
  • Prepare and verify invoices for completed tasks and cases.
  • Maintain accuracy in internal systems and update case statuses.
  • Support new location setup, link-removal workflows, and suppression processes.
  • Perform quality control on screenshots, evidence, and reporting materials.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent grammar.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to review and process information similar to a paralegal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail (ability to catch inconsistencies, errors, missing elements).
  • Experience in administrative, legal assistant, paralegal, operations, or research-heavy roles.
  • Professional written communication skills.
  • High reliability, strong work ethic, and independent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Computer proficiency (Google Workspace, cloud tools, e-mail, spreadsheets).
  • Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Background in online reputation management, legal research, compliance, or investigative work.
  • Familiarity with case management workflows.
  • Experience summarizing long or complex information concisely.
  • Client communication or customer-facing experience in a professional environment.
