Formación

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Employer Branding, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience creating and executing employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Experience organizing career fairs or candidate engagement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

  • Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across LATAM.
  • Lead career fairs and engagement initiatives to strengthen our talent pipeline.
  • Create and deliver multimedia content using Adobe Suite and other tools.
