Position: Virtual Assistant
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Location: Fully remote
Compensation: $4.00 - $10.00 USD per hour (based on experience)
Provide exceptional phone, email, and chat-based support to customers.
Assist with quoting, billing, invoices, policy changes, and account-related inquiries.
Help customers navigate common insurance-related processes.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-savvy with a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
Independent & team-oriented able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes effectively.
Proven experience working with U.S.-based insurance agencies.
