A digital marketing agency is seeking a Remote Client Success Manager to manage client portfolios, drive retention, and grow relationships. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, client management, and data analysis. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience and be comfortable working proactively with clients. Compensation includes a monthly salary and performance bonuses. This position offers a high degree of responsibility in a collaborative environment.

Salary: $2,500 USD/month + performance bonus ($50k USD OTE/year) paid via direct transfer
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll play a strategic role in helping clients achieve measurable growth. You\'ll work with some of the most forward-thinking cannabis brands, leveraging our client\'s audience, tools, and data to deliver proactive solutions, reduce churn, and drive expansion. Your focus: drive retention, grow revenue, boost satisfaction, and maximize lifetime value. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, creative, and analytics teams to ensure every client gets proactive insights, measurable impact, and a clear path to success. This isn’t a reactive role. You’ll own commercial outcomes, think like an operator, and act like a trusted growth advisor.
