A modern matchmaking company is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to lead client relationships and deliver results. This role involves conducting video consultations, creating profiles, and guiding clients through their matchmaking journeys. The ideal candidate has a background in account management or client success, communicates clearly in English, and thrives in a remote environment. Formación

• Experience in account management, client success, or customer relations.

Pay: $10 -12 USD / hour

Remote (Colombia or Mexico)

Schedule: 12-9 pm EST or split shifts (7-11 am / 5-10 pm EST)
