The ideal candidate will manage QBO accounts, perform daily reconciliation, and ensure accuracy in financial entries. Key skills include familiarity with QuickBooks and strong attention to detail. Formación

• Experience with QuickBooks, especially QuickBooks Online.
• Ability to analyze accounts and trends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain QBO accounts for franchises and kitchen remodel business.
• Daily sync of banking accounts and matching transactions.
• Entry of incoming invoices coded to correct accounts.
• Creation of journal entries as needed.
• Conduct month-end close and audits.

Familiar with QuickBooks

Comfortable with running and reading reports in Excel
