A leading energy services company is looking for an Entry-Level Technical Sales Engineer to provide well support and technical guidance in Reforma, Chiapas. The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering and offers opportunities for client interaction and professional growth within the oil and gas industry. Candidates should possess technical knowledge of drilling operations, advanced English, and strong negotiation skills.

Formación

  • Proven experience in direct client interaction, including technical presentations.
  • Professional experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in MPD operations.
  • Technical knowledge of drilling operations and MPD systems.
  • Advanced English level.

Job Duties

Under general supervision, provides specific multi-PSL job design, well support, and post job analysis to customers in a designated area.

Develops and maintains personal relationships with the technical customer base and provides highly technical expert support to less experienced staff.

May go on critical jobs where service quality or job complexity could be an issue.

May maintain job schedules and help perform PPRs.

Liaises with customers on technical issues, including performance review and process improvements to better support the needs of the customer.

May work with the local Business Development personnel to insure customers are kept current on technology.

May initiate, review, and close Correction, Prevention, Improvement (CPI)s pertaining to Technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related fields.

Proven experience in direct client interaction, including attending meetings, presenting technical work, and defending deliverables.

Professional experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations.

Technical knowledge of drilling operations and MPD systems.

Advanced English level.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client expectations.
