A leading healthcare services company is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S.-based roles. This position will start as remote and transition to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of recruiting experience, alongside strong interviewing and negotiation skills. Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S.-based roles, from intake to offer.
  • Partner with a Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategy.
  • Lead hiring manager intake sessions to define role requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Provide hiring managers with interview guidance, candidate summaries, and selection recommendations.
  • Facilitate the offer process in partnership with Compensation and the HR team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and process documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, EEO guidelines, and internal hiring policies.
  • Contribute to a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication and professionalism.
  • Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives where applicable.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience in recruitment or HR.
  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based roles.
  • Workday or similar applicant tracking system experience preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with sourcing partners or recruiting coordinators is beneficial.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Strong interviewing, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with business partners and peers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Committed to maintaining candidate and company confidentiality.
Additional Requirements
  • This position will start as remote and transition to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the office is operational (approximately within the first year).
  • No travel required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
