A leading global e-commerce company in Ciudad de México is seeking a ROW Recommerce professional to maximize value recovery from customer returns at their fulfillment centers. This role involves working closely with various teams to identify and implement solutions for operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain management or engineering, with strong analytical skills and experience presenting to C-Level executives. A Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• 5+ years of operational experience required.
• Experience presenting to SVP and C-Level highly desirable.
• C1 level English proficiency needed.
