Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results‑oriented Real Estate Acquisitions Agent to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the acquisitions process, working closely with property sellers to ensure a smooth transaction that meets the needs of all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with property sellers to create a steady pipeline of potential deals.
  • Analyze and assess properties to determine fair market value, identify potential repair costs, and evaluate the investment potential.
  • Conduct negotiations with sellers to secure contracts that align with the company’s investment strategy, working to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Use our CRM (Monday.Com) effectively to manage leads, document interactions, and follow up systematically to maximize conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and local market conditions to provide informed recommendations on potential acquisitions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Maintain clear and ongoing communication with all stakeholders throughout the acquisition process, keeping sellers informed and engaged.
