A leading technology company in Mexico seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to coordinate the Raw Material Warehouse, prioritizing safety, quality, and cost-efficiency. The ideal candidate will have an engineering or administration degree, experience in multinational warehouse operations, and knowledge of quality processes in the automotive industry. Formación

  • Education in Industrial Engineering or Administration is required.
  • Willingness to roll shifts is mandatory.
  • Experience in warehouse operations at a multinational company is necessary.
  • Knowledge of quality processes in the automotive industry is required.
  • Experience in personnel management is essential.

  • Manage resources for the Raw Material Warehouse operation.

Job Description
  • Manage the human and material resources to coordinate the operation of the Raw Material Warehouse, according to the plant's objectives, while taking into account the established priorities of safety, quality, productivity, and cost.

Qualifications
  • Education / Certification:Industrial engineer or similar-Administration Degree or similar
  • Available to roll Shifts.
  • Professional Experience:Experience in warehouse operations at a multinational company in a similar position.
  • Project and/or Process Experience: Knowledge of the quality processes that apply to the automotive industry.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in personnel management.
