Responsibilities:
Lead Quality Management Systems for the North America Tech centers
- Ensure compliance to our Quality procedures and maintenance of our Quality Certifications
- Orchestrate Internal and External Quality IATF 16949 Audits for all North America Tech Centers
- Performing the pre-planning activities to ensure a sound coverage of the required support activities, using a risk based approach.
- Scheduling with external and internal auditors and necessary internal support teams
- Raise Purchase Orders for the External Audit costs
- Prepare gap assessments & transition plans when new versions of IATF 16949 are released
- Support ISO 17025 audits for North America Validation & Test Centers, and other standard audits such as AS 9100 as applicable.
- Lead Gap assessment and audit readiness planning for any new North America tech centers which start to support AS&UX PMLs,
- Work with the Auditors and Natural Owners to close any Non-conformances at the North America Tech Centers.
- Work with teams to record and close internal NCNs in the ATT system
- Work with teams to resolve external NCNs in the external auditors’ systems (like CARA)
- Report to the management the status of the quality system (results of System, Process and Customer Audits) and compliance with the respective corrective actions.
- Maintain core of certified Auditors at each North America location to conduct Internal Audits
- Support the professional training of the regional tech center employees in Quality System activities.
- Support and collaborate with other locations cross-region within the Quality System Organization
- Organize regional feedback for the required Annual Management Reviews
- Maintain compliance to Customer Specific Requirements and standards.
- Manage, coordinate and implement the needed Quality Management System procedures in AS&UX’s documentation system (EOS/STAGES) in accordance with national, international and customer specific standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Business and/or Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Certified Auditor for IATF 16949:2016 standard
- Good working knowledge of Advance Quality Planning and Core Tools (such as FMEA)
- Experience in developing and conducting training
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft (Teams, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Proficient English
Preferred:
- Certified IATF 16949 Lead Auditor
- Certified ISO 17025 Auditor
- Certified AS 9100 Auditor
