A leading automotive company in Toluca is seeking a Quality Engineer to implement and support quality tools ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry and an advanced English level. This role involves planning audits, implementing problem-solving methodologies, and ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Advance English level is required.
• Knowledge of Problem Solving methodologies.
• Experience with Quality Standards, Regulations, and Customer Requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute internal process audits according to VDA 6.3 standard.
• Implement quality tools such as Core Tools and Problem Solving.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and support system audits.

Job Description

Main Objective:

Implement and support quality tools (SPC, MSA, PPAP, AMEF, 14QP and Problem Solving), ensuring compliance with specific customer requirements and BOSCH Quality System

What challenges will you have?

• Plans and executes internal process audits in accordance with the VDA 6.3 standard.
• Effectively implements quality tools at the locations (including Core Tools, 14QP, problem solving, audits, LPCs, etc.).
• Ensures compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements by supporting internal and external system audits and ensuring proper implementation within the Bosch quality system.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in Automotive Industry
• Advance English Level is required

Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge on Problem Solving methodologies
• Experience with Quality Standards, Regulations and Customer Requirements (OEM’s)
