An international brand implementation company is seeking a Quality Supervisor. This role involves managing quality assurance systems and ensuring products meet established standards. Candidates should have a background in industrial engineering or design, with 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing processes. Strong problem-solving skills and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish are essential. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to quality improvements in production processes.

Formación

  • 2–3 years’ experience at manufacturing plants and/or manufacturing processes.
  • Willingness and ability to work at manufacturing plants.
  • Availability for travel if necessary.

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor who manages and implements the quality assurance and control systems of a company to ensure the proper execution of products and services.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  1. Monitor production status against required shipments, to ensure delivery on time.
  2. Reject products and materials that do not meet the quality standards established by the programs.
  3. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services (compare the client blueprints with the manufacture drawings).
  4. Examine functionality for installation and transfers and compare final product to drawing specifications.
  5. Recommend improvements in production processes and ensure quality control.
  6. Document inspection results and generate complete and detailed reports.
  7. Give feedback to the production teams on quality problems to attack them and establish a continuous improvement plan.
  8. Responsible for timely communication with the USA team on a daily basis.
  9. Proactive communication of complications in manufacturing and proposal of solutions.
  10. Follow‑up process for material and sample shipments.
  11. Elaborate drawings or drawing adjustments to solve problems during manufacture and notifications.
  12. Negotiate with the suppliers engineering process and how they reflect in costs.
  13. Client walk through to present manufacture advance in real time.
  14. Compare fixture stock against key plan and PO to review any missing item or difference.
Qualifications
  • Industrial engineer or Industrial designer.
  • Will and ability to work at manufacture plants.
  • Travel availability if necessary.
  • 2–3 years’ experience at manufacture plants and/or manufacture processes.
  • Good mathematical and technical skills.
  • Strong understanding of the quality control process.
  • English‑Spanish fluidity, spoken and written.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking.
