About the position :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive QHSES Manager to join our team in Mexico with a preference for the position to be based in Tlaxcala.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (QHSES) functions, with a primary focus on our operations in Mexico.

Responsibilities / Responsabilidades
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QHSES policies and procedures for our Mexico plant, warehousing, and terminal operations.
  • Oversee QHSES permitting and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to local and international standards.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of policies and processes to enhance QHSES performance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with local and international QHSES regulations.
  • Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide training and support to employees to enhance QHSES awareness and compliance.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
  • Provide support to global QHSES initiatives, collaborating with international teams to ensure consistent implementation of best practices.
  • Prepare timely reports, questionnaire responses, and due diligence related to QHSES.
  • Manage ISO and other certifications and systems related to QHSES.
  • Collaborate with the Sustainability team on QHSES performance improvements.
  • Require roughly % travel, visiting 8+ locations.
