Formación

• Advanced knowledge of different types of product defects and visual inspection.
• Ability to evaluate processes and identify root causes of problems.
• Experience in handling non-conformance material to avoid escapes.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 standards.
• Expertise in core tools like MSA, SPC, FMEA.
• Proficient in using measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Understanding of relevant test standards and applications.

Job Description

The main task of the function is to coordinate and verify the proper application of the quality standards defined, customer requirements and other industry rules as ISO9001. To evaluate and improve process KPI, solve issues through problem solving methodologies. Implement and execute process and product monitoring and improving, Ensure that all standards are meet during the product life time, Document monitoring results.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the different types of product defects, secure classification of the product condition with visual inspection Advanced
• Knowledge of process and product evaluation methods and root cause identification in case problems Advanced
• Handling of non conformance material and segregation steps to avoid escapes Advanced
• Knowledge of the ISO9001 Advanced
• Knowledge of core tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA,CP,APQP, PPAP) Advanced
• Knowledge on measurement instrument such as: Caliper, micrometers, π tape, etc medium
• Knowledge of respective test standards and their application SAEJ517 Medium
