  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Development, Product Management, etc.) to ensure seamless and timely releases.
  • Conduct manual testing efforts, with an option to explore automation solutions, if beneficial.
  • Assist in managing the bug reporting process and ensure accurate documentation of defects.
  • Monitor player or user feedback on live issues, bugs, and service interruptions through support channels.
  • Work with customer support teams to prioritize and address player‑reported bugs or concerns.
  • Help maintain a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement within the team.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bilingual English and Spanish (verbal and written) in a business setting
  • You have a solid understanding of the full software development life cycle, from ideation to release
  • You have excellent attention to details
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies: functional, regression, smoke, end‑to‑end, API, performance, and usability testing.

  • Ability to communicate software issues clearly to development and management teams
  • 3+ years of experience in a QA role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration with product, engineering, content, and curriculum teams
