The role involves defining project scope, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring communication between English-speaking leadership and Spanish-speaking teams. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of project management experience in operational or manufacturing environments. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
