We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our IT market research operations. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor multiple IT market research projects simultaneously.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables across all project phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams and report directly to U.S.-based managers.
• Maintain clear, persuasive communication with stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Document, track, and control project scope and progress using project management tools.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Advanced conversational English (mandatory daily communication with U.S. teams and international stakeholders).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills to manage expectations and drive alignment.
• High tolerance and motivation for repetitive processes and simultaneous project management.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating projects with waterfall methodologies or similar structured approaches.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.
• Hybrid availability: 23 days per week in the Mexico City office.
