A global technology company is seeking a motivated Program Manager in Mexico to lead the transportation technology roadmap. This role involves owning the product roadmap for ATS transportation products, collaborating with key stakeholders to launch new tech products, and ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in program management, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and experience in process improvement. Knowledge of advanced Excel and SQL is required.

We are looking for a motivated program manager to lead transportation technology roadmap for Mexico business and bring MX operations to global standards.

Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Own and execute product roadmap for ATS transportation related products in Mexico
• Work with key stakeholders across various functions to plan and execute launches of new tech products
• Launch and expand the product as per Amazon’s requirements while being responsible for all customer and operator satisfaction, performance, compliance, financial related metrics.
• Use customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics to make informed decisions
• Exhibit program and product expertise that connects, understands, and leverages company-wide assets and capabilities
• Evaluate launch outcomes and reintegrate learning into the organization and product plan

This role calls for an individual who can own all aspects of leveraging global technology to driver the highest-bar operator experience; manage performance and measure, determine, then drive, any initiatives necessary to improve it. It requires an individual to showcase judgment and decision-making skills to balance customer experience with financial impact. This position offers a broad exposure to various business, financial, and technical teams within Amazon.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
