A degree in Industrial Engineering and experience in production or quality management are required. The role involves problem-solving and continuous improvement in the manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Two years of experience in production, maintenance, manufacturing, quality, or lean manufacturing.
• Ability to coordinate a team and manage production processes.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Directly coordinate manufacturing operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental systems.
• Meet daily production targets and verify operational staff attendance.
• Analyze and prepare production area reports.
