A manufacturing company in Mexicali is seeking a Lead for their 2nd shift operations. The role involves supervising production activities while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and efficiency. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years of experience leading production teams. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, along with advanced English, is required.

Formación

Lead and coordinate all manufacturing operations during the 2nd shift, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, efficiency, and cost control. This role is responsible for supervising production supervisors, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring effective communication across shifts and with support areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all production activities during the 2nd shift.
• Lead and guide a team of Production Supervisors.
• Ensure production schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) are executed on time.
• Maintain compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, commitment, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve operational issues or deviations.
• Ensure housekeeping and standard compliance in all work areas.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Logistics departments.
• Support audits, track KPIs, and provide reports on production performance.
• Train and develop the team under their responsibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position leading production supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality and safety standards.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and high-demand environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Advanced English – written and spoken (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and results-driven mindset.
• Availability to work 2nd shift.
