A leading manufacturing company in El Salto, Jalisco is seeking a Production Planner/Scheduler to lead the development and execution of the production plan. The ideal candidate will have an Industrial Engineer degree, 1 year of experience in production control, and strong analytical and decision-making skills. This role involves ensuring timely delivery of materials and supervising production activities to meet quality and efficiency objectives.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in production control.
• Ability to analyze databases.
• Knowledge on control of work orders on the floor.

Requirements

• Industrial Engineer degree or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in Production control.
• Ability to analyze databases.
• Proactive, high ethic level, with decision capabilities.

• Knowledge on control of work orders on the floor.
• English 70%.

Leads the development and execution of production plan to achieve objectives in safety, quality, schedule, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Monitors control plans, troubleshoots workmanship problems and generally supervises production plan activities to ensure supply material to all production lines on time, quantity and quality.

Daily maintenance to the production program, reprogram orders, and department distribution.

Approves quantities, schedules and parts lists provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete ordering, as well as receipt and issuance of production material requirements.

Coordinate activities with materials function.

Responsible for On Time Delivery report.
