A manufacturing company located in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a qualified professional to manage the production area. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, 3 to 5 years of experience in the maquila industry, and advanced English skills to communicate effectively with management. Responsibilities include training supervisors and managing equipment maintenance. This role requires a proactive leader capable of working under pressure.

Formación

• Engineer degree required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the maquila industry.
• Advanced English for communication with managers.

1. In charge of the production area
2. be able to work directly with the operator, identify and give the training to the supervisor for each shift and the leader when the time comes
3. full knowledge of the transformation industry, if is posible experience on the molding pulp industry
4. advance english to be able to comunicate with the managers in charge of the company
5. Some knowledge in the maintenance of the equipment such as hot press machines, molding machines, compresors amount others
