A leading global equipment manufacturer is seeking a Product Service Engineer in Santa Catarina, Mexico. The successful candidate will provide ongoing technical support and guidance to customers and dealers, focusing on identifying product deficiencies and improving designs. Strong Electrical or Mechanical aptitude is preferred, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively, requiring occasional travel to customer sites. Relocation and sponsorship are not available.

Formación

• Strong Electrical and or Mechanical aptitude, from a degree or trade background.
• Excellent communicator with technical clients, good interpersonal skills.
• Engineering or manufacturing background plus familiarity with materials, equipment and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide continuous support and technical guidance to Customer and Dealer personnel.
• Identify and correct product deficiencies, improving product design.
• Maintain technical liaison between Caterpillar and Dealers.
