A leading global eye health company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support downstream marketing activities for their High-Tech portfolio across international markets. The role includes planning and executing marketing strategies, collaborating with internal and external teams, and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in medical device marketing, strong project management skills, and is fluent in English. This position involves up to 30% international travel.

Support the downstream marketing activities for Bausch + Lomb’s High-Tech portfolio — including Digital Microscopy (SeeLuma), Connectivity (EyeTelligence), Diagnostics, Refractive- and Femtocataract LASERs—across international markets (excluding the US). This role ensures consistent global messaging, drives regional alignment, and manages the development and rollout of creative marketing assets in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.
