A prominent company in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a skilled pricing analyst to coordinate with various departments, analyze pricing data, and provide strategic insights. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, with 3 years of experience in pricing proposals and advanced Excel skills. This role demands a customer-focused attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with internal organization (Ops, Transportation, Warehouse, MX/US Customs, HR, Finance, Sales) to generate accurate and effective costing and pricing for multiple business opportunities.
  • Provides strategic analysis of pricing policies that impact total value provided by Tecma to its Clients.
  • Develop appropriate analytics that affect margin. (e.g. Concessions, rebates, other forms of discounting)
  • Assists/develops pricing programs/tools to assist internal functional areas
  • Analyze pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makers.
  • Identify marketing strategies to increase profits.
  • Develop measurement tools to identify changing market trends
  • Compare sales trends to previous periods and determine the cause for decrease or increase
  • Collaborates in cross‑division work/analysis for common customers/channels, trends etc.
  • Assures pricing, profitability guidelines and standards are adhered to, in all proposals submitted to clients
  • Provides guidance on sales and marketing on pricing issues concurrent with assuring competitiveness and maximum profitability.
  • Acts as focal point on all matters affecting prices and work closely with sales, marketing, and finance
  • Ensures consistent principles and standards in all client proposals
  • Assures maximum responsiveness in responding to client pricing requests.
  • Provides process mapping, value stream mapping and flow charts relevant to clarifying business issues and models.
Requirements

  • Proficient in Advanced Excel and data analysis tools
  • English level advanced
