Job Description

As an expert, you will bring deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. This expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations personnel.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

• Partner & enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets—Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale—for the lines, ensuring process stability; participate in DMS- Daily Management systems meetings at shift and line levels.
• Own the technology, process, and centerline settings for equipment and processes; possess deep technical mastery; own PM systems, work processes, and key performance indicators for the lines, along with centerline management systems; manage R&M budget.
• Develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans; build team capability to execute these independently; spend at least 50% of time building technicians' technical and maintenance skills; lead some PM systems at the department level.
• Partner with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements; be responsible for change management, spares localization, breakdown analysis, and R&M cost reduction; represent the department as the site technology owner in regional and global forums.
• Assist in VSU initiatives, enable the VSU team, support internal and external benchmarking, and serve as a subject matter expert and trainer on PM topics.

• Advanced knowledge of AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4, Progressive Maintenance Step 3, and TPM Phase 3 & 4 tools; ability to maintain dedicated equipment independently.
• Leadership capability for the line, including coaching and developing team members, and managing goal/master plans.
