A leading technology company based in Tlaquepaque, Mexico, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee supply and demand activities for multiple product lines. You will manage a team and be accountable for performance metrics, hiring, and coaching, ensuring alignment with company strategy. Skilled in analytical thinking and project management, the ideal candidate will have 8+ years of supply chain experience and a strong knowledge of trade compliance protocols.

Formación

  • Typically 8+ years of experience in a supply chain function.
  • 0-2 years of people management experience.
  • Advanced understanding of business operations and strategy.

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies. Manages non‑exempt/exempt individual contributors Omdat supervisors. Has accountability for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction and people management. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.იდ тенден plans, manages and monitors operational/tactical activities of Staff. Additional guidance/criteria
  • Understands and has deep knowledge of how planning and complexity of AMS Supply chain operates from Procurement to MSL part placement.
  • Manages and controls activities within a single country or a sub‑region which is part of a larger geographical Region.
  • Manages at least 4 employees and typically between 8 and 15 direct reports. Span of Control guidelines may differ from these numbers.
Responsibilities
  • Accountable for supply and demand activities for multiple product lines, ensuring that performance (inventory, cost, etc.) meets global and regional planning requirements.
  • Manages a team of exempt individual contributors that typically support a moderately complex global business unit.
  • Responsible for hiring, settingoplast and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the஍ team and the processes.
  • Ensures the delivery of products and services that meet the performance metrics defined by senior management.
  • Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision‑making within a limited scope.
  • Manages the demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution and identifying issues and their impact.
  • Drive countries trade compliance programs to realize efficiencies and advantages in the supply chain.
  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
  • Typically 8+ years of experience in a supply chain function (or related fields).
  • Typically 0‑2 years of people management experience.

  • Advanced understanding of demand and supply planning processes, business operations, and strategy.
