The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma tools and consulting projects. Strong communication, advanced English proficiency, and Excel skills are required. This role emphasizes improving organizational performance by analyzing data and implementing effective solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Green Belt Certification is a plus.
• At least 3 years experience in Lean Six Sigma Tools.
• At least 3 years experience in projects as consultant.

Description

This position is responsible for leading project meetings with the core business team in gathering comprehensive business requirements and translating them into automated solutions, to include workflow technical design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational transformation goals.
• Analyze organizational performance using key metrics (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.
• Lead or support business transformation initiatives , collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.
• Conduct complex data analysis to evaluate processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose evidence-based solutions.
• Coordinate and monitor key projects , applying project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP.
• Collaborate with leaders across different functional areas to align processes, identify synergies, and ensure achievement of shared objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to organizational leaders, providing relevant insights and support for informed decision-making.

General Knowledge / Competencies

• Strong communication & presentation skills : negotiation, decision-making and problem solving at different levels.
• Advanced English required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, agility in data analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Knowledge of project management.
